Welcome to Indehtah, offering private, semi-private, group lessons in Ballroom, Latin, and Flamenco/Spanish dance. Patricia Pappas has taught Ballroom, and Latin since 1976 at Arthur Murray Dance Studio, at Fred Astaire Dance Studio(as owner and instructor), and at various independent studios throughout the United States. Patricia has competed nationally and won many trophies and titles. Patricia also teaches Spanish/Flameco dance and continues to perform professionally in the Detroit and surrounding states.
Students range in age from 12 years old to adult, and all levels of dancers--beginners, intermediate and advanced. You will learn the proper way to hold each other, and secret signals for lead and follow making learning to dance easy and fun.
Patricia has been a wedding dance specialist, in the Greater Detroit area since 2000. For that special moment of your first dance together imagine a smooth, and polished dance that will be cherished a lifetime. Your friends, and family will be in awe as the two of you dip and seal the moment with a kiss. By leaning to dance, you will aovid the dreaded eight grade sway. Patricia offers many different weddding services such as group lessons for your wedding party, Bride/Groom dance with specialized choreography, Parents Honor Dance, and Bridal party dance. There are no hidden costs or time wasting sales pitches on your lessons.
*Patricia offers private lessons at her in home studio - four (4) 50 minute lessons for $180.00, whether a couple or an indvidual. Semi-private lessons (two couples)- three (3) 50 minute lessons for $180.00. **Lessons may also be scheduled at a studio located in Centerline (10 1/2 Mile Road and Van Dyke) - Introductory course 3 (three) hours of private instruction - $150.00 (whether couple or individual)or 10 (ten) hours of private instruction - $650.00 (whether a couple or individual). Group classes are available in 6 week blocks - $60.00 per person. Flamenco lessons are available upon request.
Arrangements may be made for larger groups.
Patricia Pappas (LaPatri) and her guitarist, Garialan Blugraye, are a duo called "Fire Rose" and are also members of a Flamenco group called "Alma Espanola" providing entertainmet for weddings, parties, festivals, dance clinics, seminars and other occasions.
