Welcome to Stardust Ballroom! Reference AccessDance for a special introductory private lesson/wedding package offer! There are no contractual obligations to purchase additional lessons as with franchise studios - you simply pay as you book lessons! You can even order and pay on-line for your lessons and gift certificates.
We are now teaching private lessons, wedding couples and group classes in a number of convenient locations throughout Metro Detroit, with the majority of lessons taught in West Bloomfield, centrally located off of I-696, I-96, I-275 and I-5. Come join our group class and open dance parties on Friday nights (W. Bloomfield)& Sunday afternoons (Warren).
For those of you new to Stardust Ballroom, Glenn Clark has been a top coach and competitor for more than 20 years. Owner of Stardust Ballroom, Glenn is certified in all four styles (American smooth and rhythm & International standard and latin-24 dance styles) with instruction based on school figures that are commonly used in social and competitive dancing. These dance styles range from swing, salsa, foxtrot, tango to hustle to name just a few!
In addition to his professional competitor experience, Glenn has been ranked consistently as one of the top pro-am instructors in the U.S, competing in all four styles. He competes across the U.S. with his students, winning many top awards and championships, including the 2006 Michigan Dance Challenge top teacher award, and top students.
Glenn enjoys working with all levels and ages of dancers -- from the beginning wedding couple to those retired with energy and zest to spare! Singles, couples and groups can be taught in a private lesson or as part of a bridal party. Glenn and his partners are also available for dance shows for private and charity events.
