WALNUT CREEK, CA - I am 38, very active, extremely fit and have always loved music and dance. I was raised in a "its not allowed" environment so I never learned how to dance. I am long past my upbringing but long to able to go out and be comfortable/confident the next time I am asked to dance. It looks fun - I want it to FEEL fun! I've never taken a class and I want instruction on the basics. I need some direction so please help.
